the right of people to privacy, quiet, and freedom from intrusion into their personal lives. This is taken into account when creating care plans, and it will only be overruled under extraordinary conditions with the service user's or their advocate's knowledge.

02. Confidentiality

Wherever possible, service user confidentiality is upheld. It may occasionally be essential to share private information with other individuals or organizations in order to further the interests of the service user or others. Service users are consulted whenever feasible, and their opinions are taken into consideration.

03. Dignity

Everyone has the right to respect and dignity, regardless of their circumstances.

04. Anti-discrimination

Many customers may find themselves in situations where discrimination may arise as a result of their circumstances (e.g., age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, culture, religion, or nationality). Wherever possible, Tudom Care strives to promote equity and combat discrimination in the delivery of its services.

05. Communication

Clients have the right to be heard and to be fully informed on all aspects of their care. Methods of communication are appropriate to the particular abilities and experiences of each individual, and are tailored to each particular set of circumstances.

06. Independence

Clients have the ability to act on their own. The goal of services is to increase each person's capacity for mobility and self-care.

07. Taking Risks

All customers have the right to decide what they want to do and how they want to live their life. This could occasionally lead to a contradiction between maximizing independence and ensuring safety. Clients who choose to take reasonable risks will be encouraged to do so.

08. Fulfilment

Regardless of their circumstances, every person has the capacity for growth and the freedom to pursue their particular goals. Service users are encouraged to accomplish their individual goals as long as they stay within the restrictions imposed by law and professional social work ethics.

09. Rights

All service users are guaranteed their citizenship rights. Work should be done in a way that promotes empowerment and employs advocacy if needed.

10. Responsibilities

In light of their unique circumstances and abilities, clients are asked to accept the proper duties. Having respect for others, for property, and for taking part in care plans are a few examples.

11. Choice 

Services are created to be flexible and accessible, supporting everyday lifestyles and built on the preferences of the client. Within the restrictions imposed by service constraints, individual choice is encouraged.

12. Family Support

The importance of the client's family's support is thoroughly acknowledged. If desired, the needs of the client for whom we are providing or intend to give regular or significant care are evaluated separately from those of the client. When approving Care Plans, the assessment's findings are taken into consideration.
